Question: How can I be sure in the quality of the pills you offer?
Answer: The highest quality of the offered medications is the subject of our primary concern. The logic is very simple: the better the quality of goods is, the more customers we have. Thus we are very attentive and selective in the choice of the supplier, the quality of goods is thoroughly tested and the documentation is closely checked. The medications are manufactured in India by an Indian state licensed, Indian FDA approved company. Each package of the products we sent out includes the Certificate of Analysis obtained from the manufacturer's laboratory and fully adheres to the Indian law. All the medicines shipped from European countries, are also licensed.


Question: What is the difference between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?
Answer: Generic Viagra we offer is available in 50mg and 100mg tabs. These are fixed dosages of Sildenafil (the active ingredient) in the pills: thus a 50mg Viagra pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil concentrate and a 100mg Viagra pill contains 100mg of Sildenafil. The standard dose for achieving the effect is a 50mg pill. However, the ingredient effects different people in a different way so we would recommend you to start with 25mg (split a 50mg pill in two and take one half only) to see if this is enough for you. If not - take a whole 50mg pill.


Question: Is the medicines usage instruction offered in English?
Answer: The medicines usage instruction is presented in English for all the Generics. For the branded medicines, in case if they are shipped from Western-Europe, the therapeutic drug management might not be offered in English. In arisen situation, the translated instruction can be sent on the email address, by the customer’s request.

Question: Should I have a prescription to order from you?
Answer: No, you don't. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contra-indicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.


Question: How do I place the order?
Answer: When you click "Buy now", you will be taken to the Shopping Cart. You choose the amount you would like to purchase and click Update to see the full amount to be paid. The next page is the Order Form. Please fill in your contact information and shipping details. After that please click the "Review Your Order". Recheck the information and follow the next step. You will be forwarded to the secured page to make the payment using your credit card or an e-Check. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.

Immediately after your order gets through, you receive a confirmatory letter to the email address. As to receive our email without problems, please add our email address: support@dutypharmacy.com to your white\friend list.


Question: What payment methods do you have?
Answer: At this moment we have the following payment methods:

Once a new payment method is added, you are notified by email.


Question: Can I cancel the order placed with your online store?
Answer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement. We ship all parcels in a very short period of time.

Question: In which countries do you ship?
Answer: The orders are shipped almost worldwide, with exception of some countries in Africa and Asia.


Question: What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
Answer: Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope that will be left in your mail box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Standard Mail. Otherwise, the sign is needed.


Question: Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
Answer: The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 days. You will receive correspondent confirmatory letters to your email address.


Question: What are the shipping methods?
Answer: Currently we offer two shipping methods:
- International Airmail: 1 – 3 weeks (usually 9 days).
- Express Mail Service: 5 – 7 days.

Generic medicines can be delivered by Express or Regular shipment (you will choose in the shopping cart). Branded Drugs will be delivered by Regular Mail, only

The shipping cost for Branded Drugs is $5, for any amount you order.

The shipping cost for Generic Drugs will depend on the amount of ordered pills\tabs:

up to 180 pills\tabs = $22;
above 180 pills\tabs = FREE.

Regular Mail:

Question: What is the quickest delivery option?
Answer: The fastest way to get the product is via Overnight/Priority Mail. Using this option - the product will reach you in 2 days. This option is temporarily available ONLY for US customers.

Question: Are all the drugs delivered by Overnight/Priority Mail?
Answer: No, This shipping option is available only for drugs from Men’s Health section.

Question: What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
Answer: In this case please contact the Customer Care team by support@dutypharmacy.com. We will definitely find a positive solution the customer to remain fully satisfied with the purchase.
