Question: How can I be sure in the quality of the pills you offer?
Answer: The highest quality of the offered medications is the subject of our primary concern. The logic is very simple: the better the quality of goods is, the more customers we have. Thus we are very attentive and selective in the choice of the supplier the quality of goods is thoroughly tested and the documentation is closely checked. The medications are manufactured in India by an Indian state licensed, Indian FDA approved company. Each package of the products we send out includes the Certificate of Analysis obtained from the manufacturer's laboratory and fully adheres to the Indian law. All the medicines shipped from European countries are also licensed.


Question: What is the difference between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?
Answer: Generic Viagra we offer is available in 50mg and 100mg tabs. These are fixed dosages of Sildenafil (the active ingredient) in the pills: thus a 50mg Viagra pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil concentrate and a 100mg Viagra pill contains 100mg of Sildenafil. A standard dose for achieving the effect is a 50mg pill. However, the ingredient effects have different effect on different people so we would recommend you to start with 25mg (split a 50mg pill in two and take one half only) to see if this is enough for you. If not - take a whole 50mg pill.


Question: Is the medicines usage instruction offered in English?
Answer: The medicines usage instruction is presented in English for all the Generics. For the branded medicines, in case if they are shipped from Western-Europe, the therapeutic drug management might not be offered in English. In arisen situation, the translated instruction can be sent on the email address upon the customer’s request.


Question: Why do you have such cheap branded medicines?
Answer: We keep low prices because we buy our medicines in the countries, which have a low drug tax, however all medicines are produced by original manufactures. Another reason of low prices is purchasing of the drugs in association with a large group of partners in bulk quantity. We also use a cheaper but quality method of delivery.


Question: Why are generic drugs cheaper than branded medicines?
Answer: Manufacturers that produce generics do not spend much money on development of a new preparation, they just need to reproduce something that was developed before. That’s why the price for generics is much more affordable. Usually generics are let to be produced only after the original medication is being sold in the market for several years.


Question: Is Generic the exact copy of the original medicine?
Answer: If we study the chemical composition of the generic and the original medicine, we’ll find out that in reality they are not identical (duplicates). They have similar “therapeutic core” but additional ingredients can differ either in quantitative or qualitative composition. Anyway  it doesn’t have any influence on the effectivenes of the medicine. At the end of the patent security period manufacturer-original sells to other manufacturers only semi-product of their brand - a formula. Manufacturer-original does not open the secret of producing.

Question: Should I have a prescription to order from you?
Answer: No, you shouldn't. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contraindicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.


Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: When you click "Buy now", you will be taken to the Shopping Cart. You choose the amount you would like to purchase and click Update to see the full amount to be paid. The next page is the Order Form. Please fill in your contact information and shipping details. After that please click the "Review Your Order". Recheck the information and follow the next step. You will be forwarded to the secured page to make the payment using your credit card. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.

Immediately after your order gets through, you receive a letter with comfirmation to your email address. In order to receive our email without any problems, please add our email address: support@dutypharmacy.com to your white\friend list.


Question: What payment methods do you have?
Answer: At this moment we have the following payment methods:

Once a new payment method is added, you are notified by email.


Question: Can I cancel the order placed with your online store?
Answer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement. We ship all parcels in a very short period of time.

Question: To which countries do you ship?
Answer: The orders are shipped almost worldwide, with the exception of some countries in Africa and Asia.


Question: What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
Answer: Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent in a discreet envelope that will be left in your mail box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Standard Mail. Otherwise, the sign is needed.


Question: Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
Answer: The products we sell are in stock for immediate shipment. However we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 days. You will receive corresponding letter with comfirmation to your email address.


Question: What are the shipping methods?
Answer: Currently we offer two shipping methods:
- Express Shipping: 5 – 10 business days.
- International Airmail: 10 – 15 business days.

up to 180 pills\tabs = $22;
above 180 pills\tabs = FREE.

Regular Mail:
up to 60 pills\tabs = $8;
up to 180 pills\tabs = $12;
above 180 pills\tabs = FREE.


Question: What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
Answer: In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. Please note, that you can be asked for a photo or a scan of the received package\product, as a proof of wrong delivery.


Question: Will I be able to track my order?
Answer: Yes. Whatever shipping option you choose, you will be able to track the package using the assigned tracking number. Tracking number will be sent to you by email in 1-5 business days after package was shipped. Order can be shipped in one or several packages; so you will receive one tracking number for each shipped package, in one or several emails.
