Zineryt represents an erythromycin-zinc complex. Renders anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and comedolytic action. Erythromycin acts bacteriostaticly on the microorganisms causing acne eruption: Propionibacterium acne and Streptococcus epidermidis. Zinc reduces development of a sebaceous glands secret, has a regenerating and astringent action

Pharmacokinetics

Complex interaction of components of a preparation provides good penetration into a skin of active substances. Zinc basically binds with follicular epithelial tissue and is not resorbed into a systemic blood-flow.

– treatment of acne eruption of any heaviness

Dozing mode

With an applicator supplied, Zineryt is put in a thin layer over an affected skin area twice a day: in the morning (before make-up) and in the evening (after washing). To apply a preparation incline a bottle with a solution downwards and press easily. Speed of applying of a solution is regulated by force of pressing applicator to the skin. An approximate single dose - 0. 5 ml. After drying out the solution becomes invisible. The course lasts not less than 10-12 weeks, in spite of the fact that clinical improvement comes earlier.

Collateral action

Local reactions: sometimes there can be a sensation of burning, irritation, dryness of integuments in a place of a preparation applying. As a rule, these phenomena are poorly expressed and cancellation of a preparation and/or carrying out of symptomatic therapy is not necessary.

Contra-indcations

– hypersensitivity to erythromycin and other macroleads;

– hypersensitivity to zinc or to other components of the preparation.

Pregnancy and lactation.

Now it is established that application of the preparation is allowed during pregnancy and at lactation period according to recommendations.

Special instructions

At preparation application there can appear a cross-resistance to other antibiotics of macroleads group, to lincomycin, to clindamycin. Hypersensibility to other antibiotics of macroleads group is possible. Do not let the preparation to hit in the eyes or on a nose and mouth mucous membrane as it can cause irritation and burn.

Overdose

Casual overdose is improbable because of particular features of local application of the preparation.

Conditions and storage period

The preparation should be stored in a place inaccessible to children at temperature from 15 ° to 25°C. Validity term - 3 years.
